Like many others have said, this place is wonderful. The elemental theme is peaceful. There’s clearly thought put into the calming environment (including diffusers, plants, bidet, heated toilet seat, general cleanliness). Jasmine did a great job at settling any nerves (first waxing appointment- including Brazilian, full legs, navel, and underarms). I appreciated that she mentioned how it’s rare for people to come in without some ingrown hairs, was able to feel more comfortable/reassured. She was quick & thorough. Will definitely return!
